Is the free check a trial?
No. It does not expire, it does not ask for a card, and it does not hold your results back until you pay. One video, one search, the full list of what we found. If that is all you ever need from us, that is a fine outcome.
What am I actually paying for on the paid plans?
Repetition. Finding out what is out there today is one job. Finding out again next week, and the week after, without you having to remember, is the job the paid plans do. The number of videos and how often we recheck them is the whole difference between the tiers.
Do you hold my catalogue hostage?
No. Your videos are never the lever. If you stop paying, you stop getting new checks. You keep every result you already had, and nothing you gave us gets added to what other people can search.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the account page, without an email exchange or a retention call. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you paid for.
If your video was shared without your consent
You do not need a plan. The free check is the whole thing, and there is a page that walks you through what to do with the results.
